Nation Under
[verse I]
I wonder what happen to integrity
everywhere I look people practicing bribery
there is no longer truth and honesty
honestly there is no real democracy
the one who make decision is the one who make money
all the corruption is hide in secrecy
all things is done for the good of people
but secretly their intention is full of hypocrisy
man,look at my family
we are God-damn-poor, so sad to see
you see as much as I see, but no one voice openly
because jail system for you and me is their policy
the police keep following order blindly
common sense and pure logic is non-existence totally
as the hungry poor beg for mercy
everything is expensive, nothing is free
there is economic inequalities in the society
who can save them from their misery?
the only one befitting from the national treasury
is the higher power in political party
[chorus]
the nation
under oppression
is hard to get occupation
the nation
under oppression
I hope God change the system
[verse II]
A dad can't even bring food to home
an orphan don't even know what is Google Chrome
The rich with their Mercedes and their Papago
The poor aint got no car,got no place to go
money was never enough, here is no one for me to love
but I won't feel, I will stay tough
A son can't but medicine for his father cough
innocent life kill in war, no more children laugh
as I question what happening to the world?
World of Warcraft is most important on the table
Life is not a game, this is not a Warcraft
Life was never easy, life is always rough
I know as I speak the truth of what happen
there is a risk for me to be send into prison
Look at what happen to Namawee
I will eventually portray as villain of the country
I think I better stop with my hip hop
because I heard knock on my door, that must be the cop
I will calmly receive the cold iron had-cuff
as they start to harass me,this not a bluff
[chorus]
the nation
under oppression
is hard to get occupation
the nation
under oppression
I hope God change the system
